House debut for Joachim Bäckström as Don José in Carmen at the Norwegian National Opera
Joachim Bäckström makes his house debut at the Norwegian National Opera in Oslo when he steps in on short notice as Don José in four performances of Calixto Bieitos praised staging of Carmen.
Joachim's first performance will be on Thursday June 16 and he'll sing the last four performances for the season, on June 18, 22 and 24.
Joachim will the upcoming season be a guest at the Finland National Opera where he sings Siegmund in Die Walküre, which will be followed by Les contes d'Hoffmann in Gothenburg.
